Pre-Inspection
We will walk through your home/business an identify potential permanent stains giving you an evaluation of expected results, as well as listen to any concerns you may have.
Pre-spray and Pre-spot
A preconditioning agent is applied to emulsify and break down traffic area soil and general spots for a more thorough cleaning. Difficult spots are pre-treated with special solutions to increase chances of removal. A professional carpet groomer or rotary brush is used to further loosen the soil if needed.

Soil Extraction and Rinse
The carpet is then thoroughly rinsed using a powerful extraction cleaning system without over wetting the carpet or leaving a sticky residue behind.

Post Groom and Speed Dry
Your carpet is groomed with a professional groomer so that the pile of your carpet is standing tall when we leave. Post grooming helps the carpet pile dry faster and in the right position. High velocity air movers are placed on the carpet immediately after cleaning to promote faster drying.

Post Cleaning Inspection
Our technician will walk through your home with you to point out the cleaning results to make sure that you are completely thrilled with the job.

Water Damage Assessment
Our IICRC trained technicians first identify all affected areas and establish an accurate perimeter of the abnormally wet materials. All materials determined restorable are measured for moisture content to set a “drying goal” or dry standard for pre water loss conditions.
Water Mitigation Process
First our state of the art truck mount and portable equipment is used to extract liquid water. Once a thorough extraction has been completed we may be begin using our powerful air movers and LGR Dehumidifier’s to remove excess moisture by evaporation. During the drying process we closely monitor humidity levels and moisture content of affected areas and materials to ensure drying goal is achieved.
Final Cleaning Process
In order to prevent odors and mildew from forming in your home or business, our staff will professionally clean, deodorize and finish with spot removal in all affected areas.

Tile & Grout
Our tile and grout cleaning process restores surfaces to like new condition. First, cleaning agent is applied directly to the entire area. Next, a special brush is used to manually scrub the dirt and grime from the grout lines. Finally, our state of the art rotary wand provides a deep clean using 200+ degree water at 1200 psi. This automatic vacuum compensator suctions as it moves, leaving your floors sparkling clean and dry.
Carpets
Carpet cleaning resorative process involves identifying unwanted soils, removing those soils, and disposing of them away from the carpet. Our team identifies the type of fiber and construction, then we "C.H.A.T." Apply Cleaning agent, Heat, Agitation, Time. Cleaning agents loosen or suspend soil from carpet fibers, allow Time for it to dwell, then apply Heat & Agitation with our hot water while extracting immediately after.
Upholstery & Fabric
Upholstery cleaning involves identifying the unwanted soils, removing those soils, and disposing of them away from the upholstery item. Our team identifies the type of fiber and contruction, then employs special care techniques based on the fabric and soiling level.
